shame on me.

well, i'm back. again. after over a month. i just get so caught up in school and life that i forget to update the world on all my silly adventures! but summer's here now so be prepared to hear about every little detail of my oh so exciting life! (can you detect the sarcasm? i sure hope so...)

so just a little update to get you up to speed:

• i moved. i'm in a new apartment until the end of the month when i move up to aspen grove for my job there this summer. it's literally THE nicest apartment i've ever lived in, so i'm feeling a little spoiled, but i'm sure the dorms i'll be living in at camp will more than make up for it.
• ...i got a new job. haha in case that wasn't obvious from the last point. i'll be working at aspen grove family camp in provo canyon from june-august as a "counselor" (aka day-care provider) for the newborn-2 year olds. should be a noisy, messy, fun experience.
• my parents and grandpa came out last weekend! here are some adorable pictures to prove it:

• all of my roommates/friends left me! (except for melissa, who is living all by her little lonesome in her future "married" apartment...still not used to that idea yet) but it's definitely been fun getting to know some new people, so i've been really lucky.
• school is over! somehow i survived all of the projects and made it through my finals with pretty decent grades! and now i'm free to spend the rest of my summer doing these wonderful things:

riding my bike

reading...NOT textbooks!

running

playing guitar

having picnics and bbq's

going to the pool

keeping in touch with friends

discovering and listening to great music

visiting my nieces/siblings

going to the park

remembering to update my blog...i hope

soaking up the sun!
