recent adventures, as promised.

so i totally failed at getting in a few more blog posts before leaving. however, i did manage to start this post when i was at home in maine and still had access to photos on my laptop. enjoy!

a day at universal: islands of adventure

yes, i went to the wizarding world of harry potter. and it was incredible.

just hearing the theme song as i walked into the park almost made me tear up.

i also got to go to the orlando temple with my parents, and it was sooooo pretty. 

the flowers were so bright and colorful!

annnnnd, we caught this thing on the way back from the temple...definitely a highlight.

we also got to go to the beach on our last day there. 

it was a little overcast, but it was the ocean, which was good enough for me.

so i didn't get any pics up of my time in maine or trip to dc, but i guess that just gives you something to look forward to when i get back in 18 months!
